Out-of-network, fee-for-service. Major credit cards and CareCredit financing accepted, with printed claim forms provided for your insurer.
Thank you for choosing our team for your oral healthcare needs. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of that mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options. Please note: We require all visits to be paid in full. Payment options:
How does CareCredit financing work?
Your agreement with care credit will allow you to pay over an extended period with deferred interest, consistent with the agreed plan. No annual fees or prepayment penalties.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Patients With Dental Insurance: Dr. Pint is not contracted with any specific dental insurance provider, however if you have a dental insurance benefit, we will be happy to assist you in printing out all necessary forms and x-rays needed for your submission and help in determining how you can expect your insurance company to reimburse you for your paid visits.
Most questions about cost come down to which treatment you need. The pages for safe amalgam removal, metal-free crowns and bridges and BPA-free fillings explain what each involves, and we are glad to talk through fees before you commit to anything.
Common questions
Do you take my dental insurance?
Bonita Dental Studio is out-of-network and fee-for-service, so we are not contracted with any insurance network. Payment is due at the time of treatment, and we provide printed claim forms so you can submit to your insurer for whatever reimbursement your plan allows. What comes back varies a great deal between plans. You will have a dental treatment plan that was not dictated by insurance protocols.
Why is the practice out-of-network?
Insurance contracts influence which materials a dentist can use and how much time they can spend with you. Staying out-of-network is what lets Dr. Pint choose biocompatible materials and take the time the SMART protocol requires, rather than working to a network’s schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, and CareCredit financing, which lets you spread the cost of treatment over time. CareCredit offers a range of plans, some with promotional interest-free periods depending on what you qualify for.
Can I get an estimate before I commit?
Yes. You will have a written treatment plan with fees before anything is scheduled. If cost is a concern, say so — it is a normal conversation and an easier one to have up front than halfway through.
